today is a very special day for the world. eighteen years ago today was born a baby that would change life as we know it. and now, after eighteen years of life her powers will awaken the world will know of her greatness (sounds like a good movie opening, right?)

but seriously. this girl is a super hero. she is the reason i am able to breathe normally everyday, the reason i know how to not be so agressive, the voice of reason in my head. she is the most kind and giving person i know. she is the truest of friends.

every time i have hit an all time low, she has been there, pulling the pieces of my life together, literally. she listens to me sob in the passenger seat of a gold Accord. she knocks sense into me almost on the daily. every time i have ht an all time high she has been there to celebrate. she is genuine. always genuine. and that is the best part about her.

when it is my turn to take the spotlight she is happy for me, genuinely happy. she loves to see those close to her succeed. she loves t see others smile. she would go to the ends of the earth for a stranger. she would sell all of her possessions for her little sister. she would drop everything at a moments notice to help someone, anyone.

she is smart, talented, beautiful beyond measure, she loves life and more importantly she loves the Lord. her testimony is inspiring. her vivacity is addictive. people LOVE to be around her. she can make a stranger feel welcome, can make an outsider feel like they belong.

she has faced trials, she has faced heartbreak, but through it all she keeps her head up. she knows it will be okay. she knows she is strong. she so self-confident and fashionable. she is thrifty and spendy all at the same time. she deserves a Louis but can rock a Mossimo like no bodys business.

she listens. she learns. she teaches. she gives. she loves. she serves. she plays. she settles for nothing less than perfection.

she is my biggest example

she is my hero

she is my very best friend in the whole world

she is such a blessing to me
